We opened our first house in Peterborough in 2010 and now have 63 homes over 19 towns/ cities. Each house is a home to two to four tenants. We get referrals from many agencies including the council, probation, rehabs and specialist agencies.
In Cambridge we have five homes up and running with a further three homes in the pipeline.
For the Cambridge Operations & Finance Administrator we are looking for someone with administration experiences, good at systems and filing especially on-line, a good people person and team player. Experience in housing and finance is preferable but not essential. The ability to work in a flexible team and learn new skills is important, as is a willingness to contribute to general office administration and team staff support.
We are looking for someone who is able to work 16-20 hours a week and has a passion for the organisation’s vision.
Salary £18,000 pro rata
